2020 marks Italy’s commemoration of the death of the Renaissance artist Raphael. The best time to visit is in April. That’s when the Museum of Underwater Art will officially launch its first artwork in the popular Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. They believe it’s due to the new and renovated hotels, the revitalized waterfront, exceptional museums, and a great restaurant scene that’s hotter than it’s ever been. Must-try restaurants will include Officina with its Michelin-starred celeb chef Nicholas Stefanelli, the critically-acclaimed Maydan and the new French eatery the Pembroke.
Greenland

Also known as Turquoise Coast, this is said to be “the next great beach destination.” Situated on the Aegean coast, this is a great non-touristy option to the Amalfi Coast and the Greek Islands. Explore the 600 miles of multi-colored coastline.

Bolivia

Costa Rica
Costa Rica has great beaches, especially for surfers. In 2020, though you can be part of the burgeoning experiential travel movement by staying at the new Nayara Tented Camp. The first-ever in Central America, it includes 29 luxury safari camp-like tents and a low-impact design meant to respect the rainforest. It is in sync with Costa Rica’s sustainability plan, which has the goal of attaining 100 percent renewable energy by the year 2030.
